Abstinence until Marriage

American Idol winner, Jordin Sparks, is a virgin; and she is proud of it! Many fans noticed the plain band on her finger during her rise to fame on American Idol. It looked a lot like a wedding band. Jordin stated, "This isn't a wedding ring, and there is no boy anywhere."

Jordan explained that the ring she has worn since she was 13 is her "purity ring." It is inscribed with the words True Love Waits, and it represents her vow to remain chaste. "I haven't been in love yet. I am saving myself for marriage."

Jordin won the hearts of millions with her beautiful voice, hard work, and charm. She is proud of the choices she has made and has an amazing life before her.
